Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

less generous toe box than o.g. prios 1/2 size up

So these are really cute shoes. They are less chunky than the original prio. Sleeker and not quite as wide .I love the way they look and the footbed feels very similar except slightly more narrow and the toe box is not as tall. My great toe had tons of room in the originals but in the Neo it touches the top of the shoe. If you are someone who can stand them without the insert, this might correct that issue for you. I have very skinny ,bony feet and I never swell. My forefoot is fairly wide but not thick at all( a lot of strappy sandals won't stay on my feet because they are so thin). The way this toe box is, thick socks would be a no go. I didn't size up because when I have in the past in prios ,tripping becomes a real problem and 9s are fine in them. I have only done so because of availability in the past. I would definitely get more of these in the future, love the graphite and blue, would also love an all black option. Definitely HALF SIZE up y'all! I walk usually about 13k steps per day ,and lift weights . I would not be able to tolerate running in these unless I sized up and I definitely have to take them off for leg press and all squat variations as it kills my big toes.

Too good

These shoes (Prio Neo, Plum) have ruined all other shoes for me, now I only want to wear these (despite the colder weather). Now I'll have to buy Xero winter shoes too. Seem well made and surprisingly dirt resistant, I live in the country with mainly gravel roads which usually makes shoes dirty just by stepping out to the car. They are also very comfortable, I can barely feel that I'm wearing them. Would definitely recommend.

Shoes that don't slosh around

Xero shoes fit my feet and feel so comfy. This is my go-to shoe company now. I run and walk a lot. This is the first shoe ever that I don't want to take off. I feel like I could sleep in them.

Perfect Straight Out Of The Box

I bought these for my girlfriend. She’s very new to barefoot shoes. She’s only had one pair before these, made by another company. The instant she slipped these on, she cooed with excitement that they required absolutely no break-in whatsoever. She loves the colors, and she loves that they match the design of my Prios. I’m now teaching her how to run properly, and she’s enjoying the experience greatly.

New Neo Prios

I have two pairs of Prios,and now I have a pair of the Neo Prios. Both are great shoe styles.They are great looking shoes,and they fit well. I like the concept of Barefoot Footwear,and I mostly have Xero Shoes Footwear because of the variety. My favorite Xero Shoes are the Prios,and the Genesis!
