To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

I really wanted to love these...

I purchased these shoes as a replacement for my Aptos as the style was no longer available. I was really hopeful, but I don't think they quite match up to my previous shoes. After wearing them around for about a week now, here are my initial thoughts. While the canvas is sturdy and creates a durable shoe, it comes at the expense of comfort (at least in my case). As some other reviews have noted, there is very little stretch in the upper part of the shoe and they seem to run a bit narrow. I wish I would have sized up another half size from the 9.5 to the 10. The shoe is difficult for me to get on and tends to squeeze the top part of my feet. If I try these shoes again, I'll certainly size up and expect to take a bit of time to break them in. I do think the shoes are very stylish, but I'm finding myself really missing my Aptos.

More sturdy shoe than barefoot

Dillon is okay. The black takes me through the workday but I usually take it off at home. The edging “cup-like” design starts to press on my mildly osteoarthritic toes toward the evening. Aptos is my favorite slipon but styles have moved on so I tried Dillon as a substitute. The sole is a bit thicker so I don’t feel the ground quite as well but it’s still okay. The light gray got dingy fast so it’s only a weekend shoe. The canvas is sturdy and long wearing—the edging is effective in protecting the canvas from ripping. The puppy test fared well—only the elastic gussets suffered damage (sigh…puppy). Stats: late 50s, don’t wear socks, medium width foot with decent arch.

To small To tight

I purchased these for my on advice of my son. My son is a DPT that understands feet better than any podiatrist that I have encountered. The issue we found with the women’s shoe is that it is to narrow and the top is so tight that she can’t get her left foot in at all. The toe box is definitely to narrow. It really doesn’t look any wider than a standard shoe of this style. I have initiated a return but also have ordered two other styles for her to try. Hopefully they will work. She has a miserable time finding shoes and really suffers from not having decent shoes. We have not given up on your shoes. Thanks
