Caring for your Glenns

Since the Glenn has a leather upper, it’s a good idea to use a leather conditioner every few months, or as needed if the leather looks dry or dull.

To clean your Glenn, use any commercially available leather cleaner and follow up with a leather conditioner. For tough spots, gently scrub with a warm, damp cloth or damp soft bristle brush and allow to air dry. Then follow up with a leather conditioner.

WARNING: It is possible to over-condition, which may result in the leather looking and feeling greasy or oily.

FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Fit very well. The only improvement I would suggest would be to line them in black, not tan. The lining shows, and is a less finished look.

Love them

These are my 6th pair of Xero shoes and the comfort is un matched. These brown leather also look good enough for business casual. I ordered a size up because I like a lot of toe room.

I own three colors. 'Nuff said.

What's not to love? 1. My feet are different lengths and have different arches. These are the first dress/work shoes I've had that don't lead to knee pain. 2. Wiggle room for my toes and waaaaaayyyy less foot stink. Sorry, maybe that's more information than you wanted to know.

Shoes so nice, I bought ‘em twice!

I just bought my second pair of men’s Glenn shoes not because the first is worn out, far from it, but because I love these shoes so much I wanted a second color option. These shoes kept my feet happy and looked great on my month-long tour of New Zealand. They work for casual everyday wear and for evenings out at nice restaurants. Love them.

Could be perfect but one shoe is wrecking my heel

So far, I’ve logged a couple miles in these shoes, and while I would give the right shoe 5 stars, the left is eating into my heel. I am holding out hope it still needs some breaking in.
