To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

What’s different between TerraFlex and Mesa Trail?

The TerraFlex is our first shoe designed for trails. With a rugged, stitched upper, it’s great for running and hiking.

The Mesa Trail is made more specifically for trail running, with a lightweight breathable mesh upper, extra moisture wicking lining, and a protective welded covering for the adjustable midfoot and instep straps.

Both shoes have a grippy, lugged, dual-chevron tread, and a 3mm TrailFoam layer (“hiding” in the outsole) for just-right protection and comfort.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

not a great fit for me

They are ok but it seem to be in between sizes. i didn’t have a way to return them so i’ll keep wearing them and see if they get more comfortable.

Ouch

Please ignore my last review because I accidentally submitted it as I was trying to submit pictures. Please consider adding a second prompt asking if one is sure if they would like to submit. The attached pictures are of my other, Xero shoes beside the Mesa Trail WP for comparison of the heel arch. If you have 2E wide and tall feet and would like to try these, get the men's version instead at your converted size. These are too tight in the height. I experience pain in both of my heels and at the pivot points behind my big toes (the first signs of wear are already at the pivot points after 3 walks). The heel pain is caused by the smaller radius of the arch that extends higher than what my 5'4 proportions can tolerate, and because the shoes are so stiff. It's difficult to justify continuing to break these when they are so painful and it wasn't until I could walk longer distances outside that I was able to determine these are painful, so it's not like I can return them. Alternative shoes that I do recommend based on fit and comfort alone, are the 360s in men's at your true, converted size.

If you have wide and tall feet and want to try this one, consider getting the men's version instead. I have 2E wide and tall feet and these shoes are not tall enough. I even sided up half a size (8.5->9). They are painful not only in the top, but also in the heels. The heels on this pair have the largest radius I have ever seen and it digs in. I'm only 5'4, so perhaps where the top of the shoes' heels land against my heels is higher than the design was intended to be. I bought other Xero shoes in men's after this Mesa Trail WP and they fit well and without pain. The heels of the 360s and HFS II do not have aggressive radii.

These are small. And expensive to return for Canadians. Go up at least half a size if not a full size. My niece who is a full size smaller than me loves them. I have found anything waterproof from Xero requires going up from your usual size.

Not liking them

My feet are getting numb in them and my legs feel very tired in a short time. In addition, I thought I was paying Canadian dollars. I was billed $214.80 plus I had to pay $51.63 duty. Not happy about that at all!!! And then waited 3 weeks ugh. If Amazon can get a purchase here in 2 days why would I wait 3 weeks?
